I knew this book would be important before I read it, but I didn't know just how much. I don't think I can really review it well because (as cliché as this sounds) I can't really give my thoughts justice with words.
What I want to say though is I'm grateful for the lack of bullshit. Cancer is...horrendous. John Green got most of this, you can tell he has experience. The book did have its faults but I kind of didn't care just because of the wonderful characters of Augustus and Hazel and the way they reacted to each other. Their 'forever' love story was just perfect and epic. They made me laugh so much, I know some people found them pretentious at times but I was just so in love with them. They were amazing to read.
